IRS Tax Form 1040EZ is the shortest federal individual income tax form. It is designed for taxpayers whose filing status is “single” or “married filing jointly” with no dependents.

Form 1120 is used for a Corporation Income Tax Return, it's used by C Corporation for tax returns. Generally C Corporations are subject to corporate income tax, as well as the C Corporation pays its shareholders dividends from its after-tax income, which will be reported on the shareholders individual income tax return.
Form 1120S is used for a Income Tax Return for a S Corporation. Generally S Corporations do not pay any corporate income tax. Instead, the corporation's income or losses are divided among and passed through to its shareholders. The shareholders must then report the income or loss on their own individual income tax returns.
